1. Who we are

FillingSeva by Sparklineo is a private consultancy and online form filling service. We are not a government website, not a government portal, and not an official FSSAI / MSME / GST authority. We provide assistance based on customer requests.

2. Nature of our services

We help customers with consultancy and form filling support for services such as FSSAI registration/license assistance, MSME Udyam registration assistance, and GST registration assistance. Any form on this website is only for collecting client information so our experts can understand business needs. It is not the actual government registration form.

3. Fees and charges

All fees collected through this website or for our services are our private consultancy fee and/or form filling service charge. These fees are charged for our professional assistance, document guidance, consultation, and related support. Unless clearly mentioned for a specific package, government fees (if any) are separate and payable to the concerned authority.

By making a payment, you confirm that you understand and accept that you are paying FillingSeva by Sparklineo for consultancy and form filling services, not as a government fee (unless expressly stated otherwise for that package).

4. No guarantee of approval

Government approvals depend on eligibility, documents, authority rules, and verification. We do not guarantee approval, timelines, or outcomes of any application submitted to any government department or portal. Our role is limited to consultancy and form filling support.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Provide true, complete, and updated information and documents.
• Review all details before submission or authorization.
• Keep login credentials and OTPs confidential when required.
• Pay applicable government fees where required separately.

6. Refunds

Consultancy and form filling charges are generally non-refundable once work has started, documents have been reviewed, or filing support has been initiated. Any exception, if offered, is at our sole discretion and may be subject to deductions for work already done.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FillingSeva by Sparklineo and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including delay, rejection, business loss, or damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the consultancy/form filling fee actually paid by you for the related service.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials belong to FillingSeva by Sparklineo. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
